Specs & Features

• 3.0" Mandrel-Bent Aluminum: Replaces stock restriction with wide 3-inch tubing. The smooth mandrel bends ensure airflow stays consistent all the way to the turbos.

• Tuning is Mandatory. Because this intake changes the diameter of the tube where the MAF sensor lives, the ECU data will be different. You must update your tune. COBB makes this easy with free "Big SF" Off-The-Shelf Maps available for the Accessport. Just install, flash the map, and drive.

Product Description

The stock R35 intake system is decent, but the factory MAF sensors hit a voltage wall once you start pushing for real power. The COBB Big SF Intake solves this by moving to a larger 3-inch tube design.

By increasing the diameter, we lower the air velocity hitting the sensor for the same amount of flow. This trick gives your ECU the "headroom" it needs to accurately measure air for builds pushing 600+ HP and 600 lb-ft of torque at the wheels. Whether you are running a stock turbo setup or aiming for a big power build, this intake supports the flow you need without requiring you to remove the bumper skin for installation.
