Product Description

The COBB Ford Focus ST Intake doesn't try to reinvent the wheel—it just makes it spin faster. Ford actually designed a solid cold air feed with the factory airbox, so rather than tossing the whole unit, we kept the efficient ram-air ducting and focused on eliminating the actual bottlenecks.

We replaced the restrictive, ribbed plastic piping with a smooth 3" mandrel-bent aluminum tube and swapped the restrictive flat panel filter for a high-flow dual cone oiled filter. This hybrid design gives you the best of both worlds: you get the massive airflow increase and audible turbo spool of an aftermarket intake, but with the heat protection and clean fitment of a factory part. Finished in a stealthy wrinkle black powder coat, this intake looks like it belongs there, but performs like a true bolt-on upgrade. It is the ideal foundation for anyone looking to push their build toward Stage 2 power levels.
